What began as a vision to gather like-minded people and build a better way of life— founded on creativity, farming, community, and security —has evolved into something extraordinary. Over time, that vision brought together more than 150 families to co-create a 460-acre sustainable community in Central Georgia. 

This milestone inspired us to develop a blueprint for intentional, regenerative community building.
